Miss Plumb is a new and excitiing 'Plumbing' business focused in the North East - specifically the Tees-Valley area. It is not just a Plumbing business though. I want to offer a complete package whether its repairs, maintenance, and a call-out service, a bathroom that you would like installed, or to an existing problem that you would like resolved, energy saving ideas that includes for renewables, single roomed, whole house or bathroom ventilation or provide a specialised design service - your ideas brought to life from inception to completion..........
A little bit of info about me. Why did i choose to set the company up? Since i began my working - Plumbing apprenticeship 20 years ago i have constantly listened to the retric ' why dont you set up on your own', 'your really good with people',' its about time a woman was in this business',' why dont we have more women in the industry'. I am not just a Plumber with Craft and Advanced Craft Distinctions, i progressed on to become a Mechanical Building Services Engineer with wide and varied expertise within the domestic, commercial and industrial areas and here i am.
My plan is for the business to be a family run company, with the main emphasis on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. My motto has always been a fair days pay for a fair days work and i stand by that today. I believe in giving the customer what they want if it is within my power. If its not, ill tell you so and well work something out together.
